How to create custom tabs using CUSTOM UI EDITOR in excel 2007

I need to create custom tabs using custom UI editor. in excel 2007.
Also it is possible to view the code of built in tabs in UI editor in excel 2007.

UI editor customises ribbon menuss, so I assume you mean the menu tabs. OK
It is a tricky subject. You cannot customise the MS ones, though you can make similar ones and hide the real ones.

I'd mention that:
