I would really appreciate it if someone could please help me put this into VBA.
I don't know if it matters, but the following sheets contain the above ranges:

Why do you need it in VBA?
I have found it is easier to store the formulas above and then just set the cells you want the formulas to be below by saying range.formula=range.formula
this allows you to hand the process off to someone who doesnt know VBA
EDIT: Are you asking us to put the formula into a cell with VBA or create the logic with VBA?
