VB Code to format cells

Hello:

I need simple VB Code to format the cells as below:

Column starting M5:M1000 to 0 (Integer)and doing every 4th column last column EC

Column starting N5:N1000 to 0.00 (2 decimal) and doing every 4th column last column ED
