Possible Index Match Array?

Goal is to when on the first sheet Team 1, Round 1, and Pick 1 are selected in the drop downs, it fills in the 2nd sheet in the respective cell.

I tried an Index(Match) with an array but it wasn't working (possibly not able to be done or possibly me making an error)

If it is possible without having to use those additional two drops downs of Round 1 and Pick 1, that would be even better but I couldn't even imagine a way that would be possible. But like the first time i selected team 1, it'd fill in the first cell for team 1 on the 2nd sheet, the next time i selected team 1 it'd fill in the cell below the previous.

So what would some sample answers look like? I cannot figure out what you want
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

The player listed in column A from the first sheet would populate into the appropriate cell on page 2.

Ex. If Drew Brees was selected by Team 1, Round 1, Pick 1. His name would populate into the table on the 2nd sheet. Hope that clarifies
