Wants VBA Excel Macro for the formula

Dear All,

I'm new to VBA Macros and I need your help for the following;

I'm having morethan 10000 rows in a sheet with three columns

Enclosed herewith Sample Worksheet

I'm using
=IF(MAX(INDEX(($B$2:$B$17611=$L8)*(--($A$2:$A$17611)=B$1*1)*($C$2:$C$17611=F$2)*(ROW($C$2:$C$17611)),0))=0,"",F$2)
formula to create 400 employees details. But it tooks nearly 20 minuts for complete calculation/working.

Please suggest me a VBA Macro to save my time.
