Reforming a table with VBA script

Hello guys,

I would need your help with the following task. I have an Excel table with amount distributed among different periods of time, where periods are columns.

I would need to be able translate this table into a one, where period of time is an attribute of each line and vice versa (two different scripts I assume).

See pictures, which probably say more than my description.

now trying to figure out how to reverse it - from table 2 to table 1 view..

and p.s. на самом деле нет, примерно на 1.7K км западнее :-/
