Trouble parsing HTML to click javascript button

I have my VBA set to log me into the website I need, however I am banging my head. Here is the HTML Snippet from the website.

The only snippet of code that differentiates the control (from every other "button") is the ctl00_ctl04 (another button is ctl00_ctl06, another is ctl08...etc)

I have tried "input" "input name" and "input name=" all with no luck.

I can't utilize ie.links(04).click/submit as that activates true links.

Any help would be appreciated.
