Sub to insert row below and translate using look up

Hi guys, I work a lot with part number matrix and there is a lot of repetition of the main bulk of what I do.

In the Main File, I usually start with a Part Number, then insert a row beneath it to translate what the part number means into English. Rearrange the numbers in meaningful human language - and frequently use a translator to convert the base part number AB0123, AB4567 etc... to Cable Type A, Cable Type B etc.

I also tried to reformat the inserted text using macro but I think my understanding of inserting row below is not correct. This is what I have thus far:

3 Key Translations: X amount of power outlets, Y Length of Z Type of Cable. This is obtained from a part number that has variables seperated by "-"s: Z-X-text-text-Y.
