Need to extract tons of information and place them into column

Hi Everyone!
I just learnt macro recently and came across this question. I would be extremely grateful if anyone can help me on this task!

Please refer to attachment. I have a messy database for the "Product Info" that consist of all the details i want to extract properly.
I need to arrange the messy database into column properly with the correct information.
The end result is what i did manually to extract the information.
Could anyone tell me how to create the "End Result" through Macro?


If anyone can tell me any useful website to learn Macro, please kindly tell me too!
Would love to improve my Macro skill!

May I know is it possible to place the column in the same "Sheet 1" in the existing table, as there are many users. So, is it a loop function?

Sorry, I couldn't open your file since I was on mobile.

1) Delete the rows that you created to show me the result that you want, i.e. row10 to 19 in your sheet1.
2) run the code and you should be very careful that it will overwrite the existing table so can not redo....
