Running a macro after adding new lines in a table

Dear All,

Here is my problem:
Every month, I have to copy data (from column A to R onto a table. beside the data (column R), I enter the concerned period (on each new line).
I have found and adapted a macro that is supposed to display a message box where I will enter the date and copy it in S of every new added Row.
Unfortunately, I don 't have the required skills to complete that macro and make it work.
