Min Max of Range depending on Find

I know that I've butchered this code as I am still struggling with understanding Range / Cell objects and referencing them correctly.

I have a column of numbers that I want to find the MIN and the MAX of. The column location will vary from one template to another, so I'm wanting to use a FIND to locate the column by searching for "NRA". Once found, it would skip down three rows as the start of the column row and then look down to the last used cell in that area of the data.

I hesitate to use XLUP to find last used row as there may be data below the primary data area that this would trip over.

I've attached a file to test this with. "NRA" is currently in Column I, but will not always be in that location.

End result is to find the MIN & MAX of the sizes in the NRA column, excluding the Subject line (Row 11 in this example).
