Set Range based on FIND of multiple strings

This code works great if searching for only the specified string "NRA". I have different template wkbooks that might have a different initialism in the column labels yet not in the same cell.
How can I modify this so that it would set Rngrow to the location of the cell when there may be three different strings which might be in that sheet?
Only one of the strings would be in the cell; not any of the others, so it would be an OR situation. The three are: "NRA" , "GBA" , "GLA"

I'm interested in starting a career working with VBA, if anyone knows of any opportunities!

Works great!! Only had to add a Dim statement for "i".

    Thanks for this.
