Trying to aggregate numbers in VBA

I'm sure this is simple but I can't get it to work.

I have a series of numbers in cols A and E as below

What I want to do using VBA is to put the number in col A into col F, but if the number in col E is duplicated, then the number drawn from col A should also be duplicated as per the above example.

Overall there are 30,000+ rows in use!!
