Add new code to exporting email data from Outlook to Excel

Hi all,

I was wondering if someone could help me out with this. I've got the following code that I want to add some more aspects to it. Basically I want to be add the ability to export only emails under a certain criteria from the subject line rather than every email in the inbox. I also want the ability to move the email found under the criteria to another folder.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi ShakJames,

The following code should help you get started. Changes are in red. You can make the test for inclusion as simple or as complicated as you like. Instead of hard coding the test value, you could read test values from Excel cells. The changes are untested for compilation and untested for logic errors.

Thanks Lewis. That's worked a treat. Just have to work out a way to move the emails now...
