Button to replicate Data Filter Enable/Disable Blanks

I have attached sheet and would like to have a button to Enable / Disable the to show / not show the Blanks in the dropdown, instead of going through all the effort to click the drowpdown, then select / deselect the Blank?

The Column is choosen by code, TargetColumn
you can change the Row
