How to creat multi-language interface?

I have a Excel VBA project base on English and want to creat multi-language interface. I am planning a code with select option start from open workbook then change all .capture of label, textbox, checkbox, optionbox...on userform using by Select Case language. But how to change Msgbox to multi-language? Can I add a new worksheet and creat to multi-language Msg ID table and output using by VLookup or other method? Another big problem is how to change all text(English) to multi-language on my worksheets? Anyone give me ideal? Thanks.

The term Microsoft uses for different language interfaces is "Localization". It is a system setting and I understand your question. See if these links help you find a way to a good answer.

Sorry, I think you may be misunderstanding. I used to Excel2010 chinese version and having a file with VBA, content of sheets and tables are english. I only want to creat/upgrade the code in userforms so that provide multi-langauge select for user when open my file.
