Select/deselect particular (but not all) check boxes using a "select all" box

    Hi there,

I have two columns of check boxes and I want to add a pair of "select all" boxes, that allow me to select/deselect all the check boxes in each column. I've got the VBA code to control every box on the sheet simultaneously, but I need to be able to control the two columns of check boxes independently. Can someone help please!?

    Thanks,
    Russell

This will work if your check boxes are ActiveX
The Checkboxes are in Columns "A" & B" and the Checkboxes used to do the changing are not in Columns "A & B".
    Change Checkbox names to Suit!!!

    Hi Mick,

Thanks, but they're VBA. Do you have a VBA alternative..?

    Thanks

Do you mean they are "Forms" checkboxes ????
VBA is the application for writing code (Visual Basic for Applications)
On that assumption , try this:-
