Everything works great except the last line... it won't close that specific excel window but returns with this:

Any hint on how to completely close that window and not other excel files I am working on?

Hmm, something is still not right - the window will not close all the time? Does this have anything to do with the fact that the code locates in my Personal Macro Work Book as opposed to the active workbook?

No, you can close it. It happens to me also when i have the another file opened.
Is something from clipboard I think. But you can close the window after the macro is running.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
