conditional format to work on every 10th row for 5 rows

    Hi.
Here is a conditional formula that checks if D32 is blank and if C32 is populated then colors the row:

Now here is the complicated part i am trying to apply dynamically, i would like that the formula work on every 10th row for 5 rows, meaning the formula should only focus from row 32 till row 36, and from row 42 to 46, 52 till 56, 62 till 66......you get where i'm trying to get at.
    Is this possible?
I have a little idea about MOD but not enough to solve above problem.

I would be grateful to anyone who can help me solve this.

This for the blocks of 5 rows from row 32 onwards:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Assuming you start selecting rows for Conditional Formatting at Row 32, then
    Formula: copy to clipboard
