Extract only conditional values

Hello,

I posted this in the formula section, but I'm thinking this is going to require a macro. Is there a way to create a macro so that the only values that are extracted are the cells with conditional formatting (right now it's any value less than 500)? This is only a very small portion of the excel document because it had to be 1K KB or lower. Is this possible? The value is represented by row 1 and column A. Those represent a specific category and I can use a vlookup to link the data. If you guys could figure this out it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks so much!

We do not allow duplicates. If you think it requires a macro then the thread should be moved. Otherwise you are going to have some people working on one, some people on the other, duplicating effort.
