Vba to hide close button on excel application

Hi All

I found this workbook on line which contains code to hide the close button. It works great, but am not able to see the code that actually does the trick. I want to be able to hide the button on workbook open event. Can anyone perhaps have a look and see how i can adapt to suite my needs.
