you can do this with a combobox_change event. However your question is very vague. Can you please be more specific with what you're looking for?

Sorry I couldn't explain well.. i've attached a sample sheet. You will see a dropdown right side.. whenever a name selects the form should be copied in a new sheet or tab with the same format..
Some time the drop down list will have more than 10 names..

The drop-down list is not a combo-box, it is a data validation: List cell. So to do what you want, you will need VBA utilizing the Worksheet_Change event:

However, is it possible to get the same page layout for the copying sheets..also need to remove dropdown list from copied sheets..
