Cut textbox string in new strings of 50 characters

Hello all,

Is it possible to cut a textbox string into new strings with a length of max 50 characters.
even better still would be if the strings are cut at the end of a word close to the 50 characters.

All help is welcome

You don't say what to do with the chopped strings, so the following returns an array where no element is longer than the specified length.
