Extend and reduce selection Range

Hello,

I have a selection range that continually varies, but as an example would be something like: Range("G10:K20")

I'm in need of a vba script which will extend the range selection:
10 columns to the right,
3 columns to the left.

and reduce the top and bottom by 1 row.

So that the new range would be this when done: Range("D11:U19")
