Data Validation - Multiple selections in multiple columns

    Hi

I'm trying to add some data validation to 4 columns in my workbook so that each column will allow multiple selections. I have found some great code from Contextures Inc that works perfectly on one column and I have tried to amend this so that it works on more than one column, but haven't been able to get it to work. I'm trying to add data validation in cells J7:K26 - the same list in each column, and also the same cells but in columns L and M with a different list. Currently multiple selections only works in column J. Example file attached in case that it of any help.

    The code is as follows:-

Re: Data Validation - Multiple selections in multiple columns

    Hi
Thanks, I just tried that, and it did work, unfortunately I should also have said that in the full file there is a lot of data validation, and removing the code above means that all of the DV then allows multiple selections, whereas I only want this allowed in those 4 specific columns.

Sorry, very remiss of me not to have said earlier. Any further thoughts?

Replace the line in Red you removed, with the line below, and reinstate the "End if" you removed.
