Macro for searching dates and sending an email

Hi there,

unfortunately I know nothing about Macros, but I would like to simplify some work with an excel-sheet.

My Problem:
I have got an excel sheet with the following entries: In the column E2:E207 there are names of the form last name, first name. Now there are two cases.
First case: For the rows with the entry "xx" in column L, there are dates of the form DD.MM.JJJJ in the columns D, F and G.
Second case: For the rows without the entry "xx" in column L, there are dates of the form DD.MM.JJJJ in the column D and F, but not in G (G is empty).
Now I would like to know the number of all the cases, where the date of the entry in column G for the first case and column D for the second case differs more than 1 year from a specific date, e.g. 17.12.2016. This number should be shown somewhere in the sheet (e.g. in a box under row 261).
Further more the macro should send an email to the person (who is associated to the date which differs from the specific date) named in column E with a short massage as a reminder. This massage should be always of the form:
"Dear person, this massage is generated automatically. Please work on the following numbers: [...] With kind regards, Herbart"
The numbers should be the row number of the person associated to the date which differs more than one year from the specific date. The entries of the persons are sometimes repetitive. The person should not get more than one mail. So all the "critical" numbers should be named in one mail.
