I have a spreadsheet that routinely need some updating as names will change, and entries need clearing out. Some sheets are protected.
To simply the explanation, lets say I have four worksheets

WS “Names” – this contains a list of users in cells
A1 = Adam
A2 = Barry
A3 = Charlie
A4 = Blank
A5 = Blank
WS “Adam” -
WS “Barry”
WS “Charlie”
(ie the worksheets are the same as the entries in the “Names” list, with provision for two spare names to be added when needed)
Adam, Barry and Charlie sheets regularly change according to reflect changes in users (ie updates to the names list A1:A5
Adam, Barry and Charlie worksheets, are all similar in structure, and all will need
1) Worksheets unprotected (no password)
2) Cell contents A4:C25 deleted
3) The formula “=sum(A4+B4)” populated in cell C4
4) The above formula dragged down to C25 (so that the cell references increment)
5) Cell contents F4:G12 deleted
6) Worksheet protected (no password) (im OK in setting the parameters myself)
I am stumped by the change of user names affecting the worksheet names. I’m sure this can be done by referencing the list in “Names” but am well out of my depth.
Is there/What is the, code that could access the specific worksheets listed on the "names" worksheet and apply the above listed actions
