Read Table Headers to Array

I have a table with headers where I want to read where if the cells, in a row by name, under the columns are notated with an X. For each the X exists then the header is placed into the combobox.

So if C2 (hospital name) matches a name in the array the row is read for an X. Then if an X exists the column header is placed into the combobox.list.
