copy 2 times to one cell

Hi, As the title says, I am trying to copy 2 times into one cell. I have tried several things to get this to work and searched online to no avail.
I would like the times to appear as time 1 above time 2 in the same cell.

Which Reads "False" for both times

If I comment out one time, I can get it to work with the other. I am trying to create a report and really need both in one cell. Any ideas? Also, I am not concerned if only 1 time shows when both are the same. Thanks!
