Yes, I have a checklist update app. Very generic, loads dynamic checkboxes if a particular named range exists in the active worksheet when loaded, the checkboxes for any columns already updated on the selected row are disabled, records the user ID, date and time when an option and updates the appropriate column when an item is checked, it also has a search facility to locate the next record to update.

I'm not giving it away but I'd be happy to give pointers so you can develop your own - let's see some of your work first.
