Calculating data based on adjacent cell values whilst moving down a list.

Hi,

I wondered if somebody could have a look at the attached sheet.

I am trying to subtract two numbers based on adjacent cell values.

The difficulty I am having is getting a formula to look down the list to the next point at which their is a value and doing the maths from that point.

Any help would be appreciated.
