    Employee Occurrence Roll Off

    I am a noob to VBA trying to learn on a live project. I have gone from zero to 35 over the last week but can't seem to get to the speed limit...

    I need to keep a simple system of employee attendance occurrences and update them daily or as modified. I have attached a sampling of what I am attempting and there is a detailed explanation on the sheet.

    I think I know what I need to do, but each time I attempt it, I end up with a spaghetti mess and over the last couple days my brain is screaming no more...

    Any help would be appreciated!
