Excel 2013 user form unable to set label text color in VBA code

File is attached. Run the form and put in different values for passwords. I want "Label_Messages" control text to show in Red. My code does not get the job done.

If you set the label control Enabled to false, the font color is set to grey to default and you cannot change the font color. Since it is a "Label control", not sure why you need to disable it.
