Macro that moves cell every 15 seconds

I just need a simple macro that moves every 15 seconds from A1 to A2 to A1 to A2 and keeps repeating.

I have an external worksheet that is feeding in data that changes regularly. I need the data sorted but the macro I am using only updates when you move to a different cell. I want the sort function to work automatically so it can run in the background.

The Macros need to be in a normal Macro Module.

Thank you so much. It works great. Just one more thing - how do I get it to sort the whole section of data? Currently only row C is sorting and I'd like the whole worksheet to be sorted based on column C.
