Sorry I am not going to look at your file.
I use this below:-
It copies some data into the body of the Email and also attaches a file.

I am sorry I found this on line a few years ago and modify it to do what I need.
Cut out the bits that you do not need until you are down to the bare bones. Thats what I do.
I will cut out the parts that I do not think you need to help.
