Launching a saved bat file using VBA - CMD prompt flickers but doesn't run

Hi,

I'm clueless with .bat files however a colleague has built a tool which when double clicked form the folder location does what it does, however if you follow the hyperlink to file location it doesn't run properly it just flickers the cmd prompt open and close.

to open various file or web pages through my dashboard but I'm not sure what VBCode I need to use to get this to work.

But I'm not sure what ChDir or Shell are set as or how to apply to my scenario.

Launch in the above code is a named range for the path to the bat file.
