Invalid Reference

I have the below but it states "invalid/unqualified reference" when I try and run it with the code in red below:

If I change my code to this (removing the "." in red above) then I get an invalid call procedure:

Cells requires a row and column index, not an address. You can simply replace Cells with Range thus
