Conditional Formatting using a userform.

How would i conditional format with a user form.

The idea is that i would have 3 colors Green, Yellow & Red, then a text box next to each of the colors. When you type say '60' into the text box next to Green, it highlights all colors greater or equal to 60, to green, in my range selected on excel.

Here's an example of what i would like if green was set to 60, yellow was set to 30 and red was set to 0:
