Web Query Requesting Import Text File Upon Refresh

Hi all,

I've created a connection by pasting the URL of a CSV file and then imported this connection onto a sheet. When I press refresh, excel asks for for me to "import text file". Could someone explain to me why it doesn't simply refresh?

Here are the steps I've followed:

1. Clicked connections, add, then pasted the CSV URL
2. Saved the connection
3. Clicked existing connections and imported it onto the sheet
4. Data successfully imported
5. Clicked refresh and then excel opens up explorer and prompts me to import a text file
   

Thanks to anyone who helps out in advance. I'm new to this so I find it a little confusing.

Try to unckeck "Promt for file name on refresh" under Properties.
