Auto populate user form field with command botton

Hi

I have a employee database workbook that I have modified to suite my needs. (see attached)

I need assistance to auto populate the employee number on the user form (field in yellow) by +1 to the previous employee number logged in the database sheet when I click on the "Add New Employee" command button on the user form.
