Problem with pasting picture in Excel 2016

I have written a macro that pastes a chart onto a graph. This worked fine when I was on Excel 2013 but it now crashes in Excel 2016.

The code is as follows:

The error is Run time error '1004': Unable to get the Paste property of the Pictures class.

This occurs on the line that says 'With copiedChart.Pictures.Paste'

This all worked perfectly on Excel 2013 so can anyone help with what I need to change to make it work now.

I have attached the full spreadsheet to explain the problem more clearly. The macro CreateGraphs is run with row numbers from the Data page eg 3 to 4.

Hi louiserace,

Very bad news. I ran your code on Excel 2016 (Office 365) and could not duplicate your error. When I entered valid row numbers, everything worked fine. I was able to generate a different 1004 Runtime error only when the row numbers I entered were out of range.

Thanks for your help but Office 365 is not the same as Excel 2016.

However I have now solved the problem by changing the faulty line to
