Clear data from column c4:53 if not found at other sheet

i have data in sheet("to.) range("b4:b53)
in above i want to clear (not delete) data which are not matched form sheet("entry") range b10:b300

Hello HaroonSid,

I am not sure if you want to retain the empty cells when matching is false. I have decided to rather move the remaining data up, so as not to have empty cells in your index of matching names.
