Advance filter supplying too much information

    Good Morning Folk

I'm using this advance filter code to isolate data based on a job title,,, it works fine apart from where there are partial job titles which are similar.... e.g. If I want the information for Outbound,,, it will give me Outbound and Outbound Manager and Outbound Team Leader,,,, its the same for all departments where there is manager and/or team leader job title too.

Is there a way it can only give me the information I require

    many thanks

    Regards

    Hi Richard

U1 contains the header "Job"... U2 contains the job title...

    e.g.

    U1 Job
    U2 Compliance Manager

    Hi,

You need to change U2 to read:
    ="=Compliance Manager"
in order to get exact matches only. You can also format the cell as Text and then just enter:
    =Compliance Manager
