Print Ranges/Page Setup Inconsistancies

I have a file that consists of a number of sheets that require exporting to a .pdf format.

The export is based on the print ranges, margins, etc that I have setup in each sheet and when tested produce the outputs on 1 sheet per page.

I have now sent this file to another user and when they use this functionality, some of the sheets that I had set up to print on one sheet are printing across two sheet and the last column of the range is bleeding into the additional sheet.

I was under the impression that the print range I set up would be duplicated on other machines and the print ranges wouldn't need amending per user or is there a setting somewhere that duplicates what I have set up for additional users?

The Print Range should be consistent. However, if they are printing on a different printer, that may make a difference in terms of margins, etc.

You could maybe try using the "Fit to" options on the Page tab of the Printer Layout. Just change it to "Fit to 1 Page(s) wide" and leave the tall entry blank.
