macro to copy from a closed workbook on a desktop folder and save specific amended sheet

    Hi All

Looking a macro to copy from a closed workbook on a desktop folder and save specific sheet with modifications
As below path where the workbook and new worksheet to be saved.

    C:\Users\user\Desktop\Inter Invoices
The invoice is found in this folder C:\Users\user\Desktop\Inter Invoices file name 4000_fm.xls
There are 3 sheets in this workbook, the second sheet which is always named corps must be copied to a new workbook.
1.copy the invoice reference which is always in cell M3 of 4000_fm invoices
    3. clear format at row A5 to W5 only
4.copy the header range A5 to W5 and data to last data row to a new worksheet, insert header Invoice No of cellM3 in the column A last data row rename sheet tab as cell M3 and saved it as cell m3

    5 delete column E, F,G,J,K N,O
6 Insert cell M3 reference in the first column of new sheet with header invoice still to last data row and saved worksheet as same reference on sheet tab and file

    Thanks for any assistance
