Button to Insert new Line with Group Box.

Hi, please see my sample. Basically, i wanted a button to "Copy and Paste" the line above. However, i have 3 option box in every row. Row 1 is my header, hence my first line is Row 2. My option box in Row 2 is link to A2, i wanted a button in which when i press will create the exact same option box but link to the row in which it was created. I wonder if its possible. If option box is not possible. Could it be done by using Check Box instead?

PS, if option box is possible. Could anyone teach me how to make the Group Box invisible?
