appending a text file from the same folder where excel file is located

at present I am using the following code to append a text file into excel.

But here i am using the full path E:\new\LT

My excel file and the text file abcd.txt are in the same folder

is it possible to append a text file say abcd.txt which is available in the same folder where excel file is located, without mentioning the path
