Changing table, add cell below column, with total of clumn

I have this table in excel and want to add a cell below the pet fee column no matter how many rows I have that has the total of the pet fee column. I think I need to use xl(down) and offset but am not sure.

If it's in table format...

Just add Total Row and use formula.
