Add new header to next rows automatic

Hi all expert,

I would like to ask your help, which is need to add header to next row is "Total Expenditures" the add new header to the next to row as my sample file below:

As you posted in the VBA Macro section, I asume you are looking for a macro to automate your job.
Tell me if I understand correctly the task you need to do with this macro:

.- check in the active sheet ( only in one, or in many ?), if the last cell down in column B, contains "Total Expenditures"
.- If the answer is YES, then leave 2 blank lines
.- In the next row, in column B write " Xx. Summary by ProYy "
. .- How do you know what to put instead of: Xx and Yy , because it looks like they are variable.
.- In the next 2 rows you will put some more info such as "Code" ; "Description"
. .- Are they going to be always the same word ?
.- etc.

I've prepared a small code for you, it can be used as a starting point.
I am assuming that you have allways the structure at the beggining of your page.
You can change the texts as you like
I hope it will do what you need
