Hi seeusoon,
Apologies if i'm misunderstanding your question or oversimplifying things but, if you go to the 'Insert' tab along the top, there is an option to add a Header/Footer to your pages.
Welcome to the forum.
Probably the easiest way is to create a new template (xltx file) with all the modifications that you want to make and place it is the
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE14\XLSTART folder so that it is brought up when Excel starts.
